Our property

This Bed and Breakfast is a family running, just renovated, located in a residential area, only 15 minutes walking time or 5 minutes by bus far from the historical center of Florence, it is easy reachable also by car. Nearby you can find also the railway station Santa Maria Novella, the exhibition center of Fortezza da Basso, the airport, the university and Polyclinic of Careggi. All our rooms are equipped with: En-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, LCD TV, connetivity wifi high speed. Breakfast is included in the price and is served in a spacious living room, which is composed of buffet with local specialties with expresso or cappuccino as you prefer. Guests have access to a beautiful panoramic terrace where you can have a relax! The owner could help you with all information that you need not only in Italian but also in English, French, Spanish.

Breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast room or in summer on our beautiful terrace starting from 8: 00 to 10: 00. We will be pleased to offer you: coffee, cappuccino, chocolate, milk, tea. A buffet with croissants and sweets, cereals, muesli, biscuits, bread, jams, butter, "Nutella", fruit, juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, ham and cheese.

We are located just outside the Ztl in a residential area near the historic center of the city, you can easily reach us also by car. You can park on the street on the blue lines from 8am to 8pm at 2 euro per hour (24h-street parking). We have agreements with a garage next door at Euro 20 per day (parking by reservation-guarded parking). Coming from Santa Maria Novella train station (city center), you can reach us only in 5 minutes, take T2 line TRAMVIA (tramway) direction airport Vespucci from the tram stop name “ALAMANNI STAZIONI OR PIAZZA DELL’UNITA’and get off at the tram stop “BUONSIGNORI LICEO DA VINCI”. (Ticket Euro 1, 70). From Florence airport FLR (Amerigo Vespucci but it is called also Peretola), You can take T2 line TRAMVIA (Tramway) direction PIAZZA DELL’UNITA’ and get off at the bus stop “BUONSIGNORI LICEO DA VINCI”.
